🔍 Job Summary:
GVS Enterprises is looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while upholding quality and safety standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
- Enforce safety, compliance, and quality control standards at all stages.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise to avoid project delays.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure client satisfaction upon handover.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
