As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing on-site execution, and ensuring that projects are completed with precision, quality, and on time. 🧱 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to manage resources and timelines.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate site records, including material usage, labor, and progress updates.
- Assist with quality checks, testing, and site inspections.
- Support documentation, measurement sheets, and billing coordination.
📋 Requirements:
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and a willingness to learn on-site practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–5 years of experience in site execution, supervision, or project management.
- Proficiency in project documentation, site logistics, and quality control.
- Familiarity with civil engineering tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage labor efficiently.
